About the Role
The Revenue Operations Manager will play an integral role in orchestrating PayGround’s go-to-market strategy and execution. This individual will work closely with members of the sales, marketing, and operations teams, as well as leaders across the organization, to effectively plan, forecast, socialize, and align software tools across our sales and marketing processes. The RevOps Manager will also assist the sales team in setting up, formatting and sending proposals, agreements and other documentation needed from customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, a problem solver, and ultimately a great team player who likes to develop a spirit of winning across a growth minded company.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategy, planning, and execution of company leadership
- Optimize our sales process and the way we measure results
- Identify, implement, manage, and optimize software tools to maximize both process and cost effectiveness
Including serving as the company’s Salesforce and Pardot Administrator, owning its successful utilization across the organization - Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting processes
- Identify and lead improvements to GTM team processes
- Facilitate sales pipeline reviews
- Develop and maintain standardized Sales and Marketing KPIs that can be actioned upon to achieve the company’s growth goals
- Maintain sales territories
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to the leadership team
- Assist the sales team in optimizing the sales proposal and agreement processes
- Assist in developing sales tools to support the selling process
- Partner with PayGround’s Customer Success team for the customer onboarding process, assisting with the ‘handoff’ from sales to support
- Partner with leadership and clearly communicate progress on company initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain customer sales documents in company repositories in accordance with company policies
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Staying current with new Salesforce releases and necessary updates
- Assisting in the gathering of market feedback, to better position the company for future success
- Work within an office environment four days per week (PayGround HQ in Gilbert, AZ), option to work from home one day per week.
Qualifications
You thrive working in a fast-paced, high performing environment and enjoy working on a variety of projects. You have 3-7 years of experience as a revenue operations specialist or manager (or similar position) with broad capabilities, including:
- Salesforce certification required
- Pardot certification needed but not required (may ask to gain certification once employed)
- Familiar with B.I. tools like Amazon Quicksight or Tableau
- Proven experience in exceeding expectations, being a self-starter, and highly motivated to WIN
- A proven track record as a collaborator and thought leader, working within a cross-functional team
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
- Ability to deliver on both quality and innovation
- Creative problem solver – be able to define challenges, collect needed information and summarize insightful conclusions to then develop better customer acquisition strategies
- Well organized, strong time-management, communication and teamwork skills
