Client Support Representative
Location: Corporate HQ – Gilbert, Arizona, United States
Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our Client Experience team. As the first line of support for incoming client inquiries, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client needs are addressed quickly and efficiently. You’ll also support our internal team with operational needs in account building.
This individual will report to the VP of Client Experience.

Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming support calls, emails, and tickets from clients.

Troubleshoot common issues and route more complex items to the appropriate internal teams.

Respond to client inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

Maintain detailed records of interactions within our support systems (e.g., ticketing or CRM tools).

Contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes and documentation by identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency.
Client Operations & Account Setup

Support onboarding efforts by building and configuring new client accounts based on established implementation templates.

Collaborate with the Client Operations team to identify and fill gaps in the pre-go-live process.
Administrative Support
- Assist with the preparation and shipping of payment terminals to clients.
- Responsible for provisioning new terminals.
- Perform general office administration duties such as ordering supplies, organizing materials, and supporting the team as needed.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or operations role—ideally in a SaaS, payments or healthcare-related environment.

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills with a client-first mindset.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.

Demonstrated experience with task coordination or process-oriented work (e.g., account setup, onboarding, CRM data entry).

Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk), basic Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM platforms preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across departments.
- Must be local to the Phoenix metro area and work in the Gilbert, AZ office.
