Director of Partner Success

PayGround is looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Partner Success to lead and strengthen our relationships with key partners. This is a cross-functional role that blends client success, project management, product collaboration, and implementation oversight. You’ll be the face of our organization to our partners, ensuring they’re fully supported and aligned with our goals and roadmap. You’ll also help lead enterprise client onboarding efforts when needed, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, successful experience.
This individual will report to the VP of Client Experience and work closely with our growth and product teams.

Responsibilities
Partner Management
- Own and grow strategic partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand partner goals and needs, aligning them with product capabilities and company strategy.
- Ensure partners are informed and engaged with updates, product enhancements, and timelines.
- Act as the voice of the partner internally, advocating for their needs and priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align on roadmaps, timelines, and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide structured feedback from partners to internal teams to influence product development and process improvements.
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate partner projects, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and resolutions of issues or escalations.
Enterprise Client Success & Onboarding (as needed)
- Support enterprise client onboarding and implementation efforts, with support from the broader client experience team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during the implementation process, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure a seamless handoff from implementation to ongoing success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner success, client success, account management, or project management roles—preferably within a Healthcare, SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven experience managing complex relationships and projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of product development cycles and comfort navigating technical conversations.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into partner-friendly language.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Experience with enterprise implementations is a strong plus.
- Occasional travel required (10%)
